So long as the part is unused and in its original undamaged packaging*, in a saleable condition, we will give you a refund on the part and the delivery charge, however, a 20% restocking fee will be incurred. Products already installed or fitted are excluded from the 30-day money-back guarantee. All electronic components are also excluded, please see below for an explaination of this. If there's a fault with the product or the product arrives damaged... You are welcome to exchange the product. We will endevour to send the replacement out to you as soon as we possibly can. In instances of faults or damages, only when a replacement product cannot sourced or supplied by Spares Direct will a refund be given.
When ordering Fluorescent tubes and fittings please measure carefully the length of the tube from pin to pin and also tube length. Any items ordered incorrectly will be subject to the 20% restocking fee, and no postage will be refunded.
*Electronic Components.... due to the nature of electronic components such as control boards, PCBs, Digital timers etc they cannot be returned once delivered. This is due to fact that electronic faults on kitchen appliances can be transfered to other electronic components rendering the part unuseable. To guard against this we cannot receive any unwanted electronic parts as returns.
